For doujin creators

The day-before dilemma:
layout comes first.

Place your goods and displays on a true-to-size table and perfect your booth before the event.

HOW IT WORKS

How you build your booth

Choose a table, place your goods, and see the finished booth before the event.

01

Choose your table size

Start with the real dimensions and placement of your event table.

02

Arrange your goods and space

Place your doujinshi, posters, and acrylic goods where you want them.

03

Review the finished booth

Check the full view and any tight spaces before the event.

Why plan your layout in advance?

Some things you only notice
on the day of the event.

A creator's desk with clear acrylic parts, keyring pieces, and holographic wrapping laid out for goods prep

Goods hidden behind each other, displays crammed too close, or props that simply don't all fit on the table.

BOOTHROOM is a 3D simulator for arranging your goods and displays on real event table dimensions. See the booth you've only imagined, and prepare with time to spare.

Our principle Before making it pretty,
place it properly first.

What you can place

Objects represent goods and display tools. Set dimensions in centimeters to compare occupied space. Check physical tolerances and event conditions separately.

You can place the fixtures that hold or hang your merch: tiered risers, display rods, freestanding poles with a top crossbar, mesh panels, and acrylic fences. Because these use space vertically, you can gauge in advance how much tabletop they save you.

Books, paper goods, stacks, acrylic stands, and cube or flat blocks stand in for the merch you are selling. Size and colour are adjustable, so you can match them closely to what you actually made.

Promotional pieces such as X-banners, fabric backdrops, foam boards, and flag banners occupy floor and rear space rather than the table. You can check whether they fit inside your allotted booth width too.

You can also upload your own 3D models (glb, gltf, obj, fbx) or images (png, jpg, webp) to lay out your actual products. Uploaded files are never sent to a server — they stay in your browser.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs directly in your browser, with no software to install and no account to create.

Is it free?

Yes. Every feature is free to use.

Where are my layouts saved?

Only in your own browser. Nothing is sent to a server, which also means clearing your browser's site data erases them. Download anything important as an image and keep your own copy.

Can I save or share the result?

You can save the finished layout as a PNG image, and download the list of placed objects with their dimensions as a CSV file — useful when you are assembling your packing list.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. There is a separate control scheme built for mobile screens, so you can place and move objects by touch.

Which languages are supported?

Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. You can switch language at any time from the top of the page.
