Terms of Use

Terms covering how the BOOTHROOM service may be used, how your content is handled, and the limits of the dimensional information it provides.

1. About the Service

BOOTHROOM is a free web tool for previewing event booth layouts in 3D. It runs directly in your browser without sign-up, and provides no server-side storage.

2. Conditions of use

The Service is provided free of charge on an as-is basis. Features may change or be discontinued without notice, and no warranty is made that the Service will operate without interruption or suit any particular purpose.

3. Content you create

Images and 3D model files you upload, along with the layouts you build, are stored only in your browser and are never sent to a server. This means they cannot be recovered once you clear your browser's site data, so download anything important as an image or file and keep your own copy. You are also responsible for holding the necessary rights to any file you upload.

4. Disclaimer

The dimensions and 3D representations provided are approximations meant for planning, and may differ from the actual event environment. Always confirm real booth specifications and load-in rules with the event organizer. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service's interface, text, and images belong to the operator. Layouts you produce with the simulator, however, are yours to use freely.

6. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the revised version will be posted on this page.
